About this property

EauSea: New Luxury Villa! Pool! Full AC! Pool Table!

  • Fanned out atop a hillside overlooking Great Cruz Bay on St. John's south shore, EauSea boasts a wonderfully spacious floorplan and several downright glorious areas to entertain. Power outages, not a problem. With six tesla batteries and solar system you never have to worry.
    With an infinity-edge pool, plush bar pavilion, pool table, TV room, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, this villa is ideal for daytime relaxation or evening soirees.

    EauSea's location makes for lots of lovely island breezes, and it's also a perfect jumping off point for exploring St. John. And for days when you're more in the mood to put your feet up than go out on adventures, this villa is definitely the place to be. A large great room and kitchen area is equipped with every modern convenience and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The four bedroom suites are private and richly appointed (three with outdoor showers), and each has its own secluded patio with a view of the sea. Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax and watch tv by the outdoor bar area or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid back nightlife.

Great house & property manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eau Sea was by far the best house we’ve ever rented. We have stayed in Lower & Upper Peter Bay and this was a better house with a better location for us. We had an issue with one AC unit and Catered To had it fixed in 2 days.

Amazing Stay at Eau Sea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Eau Sea just as much as the first time we stayed 5 years ago. The house and views are perfection. We felt secluded in Chocolate Hole, however still a less than 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay. I HIGHLY reccomend vacationing with Catered To. We will be back, and sooner than five years next time!

Perfect vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: EauSea is an amazing retreat home. It had everything we needed plus much more. The chef worthy kitchen, the billiard room, outdoor living space, the pool, the indoor living space for rainy days, the beds were extremely comfortable, the outdoor showers gave a quaint outdoorsy experience, and the views from EVERY angle...I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Our greeter, Wini, was a wealth of knowledge making our adventures around the island go smoothly. The home is in a perfect location and we would recommend it to anyone!

A definite A++!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found Villa Eau Sea by searching for a home with four equal bedrooms. Having been in St John many times before staying in many, many lovely villas, the pictures depicted a place that looked fabulous. Well, the pictures just didn’t do it justice. This place was beyond compare! A kitchen fitted with every imaginable utensil and appliance, 4 equal bedrooms which provided privacy and sanctuary, and absolutely gorgeous common areas both inside and out. If you are even thinking about this villa, don’t hesitate. Book it! Vernesta at Catered to dealt with all my pre-arrival questions with ease and gave us great recommendations for massages, in-villa yoga, and taxi drivers.

One of our favorite places we have every stayed.

Beautiful views, Fantastic pool with the best layout for multiple couples. Each room was very private but then the common areas were amazing for the entire group to be together. Location was close to everything (town, ferry, hiking and catamaran). Property manager was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.
