Facing east, the villa is perfectly positioned to capture cooling trade winds, soft afternoon shade, and spectacular sunrises. Spend your days lounging on the expansive Saltillo stone pool deck, floating in the large heated pool, or dining outdoors as the colors of the sea and sky shift throughout the day.

The Space

This custom rock and masonry villa blends Mediterranean-inspired architecture with relaxed island living. Open, airy living spaces flow seamlessly onto expansive ocean-view decks, creating an effortless indoor–outdoor experience. The great room is comfortably furnished for gathering, dining, or simply soaking in the view, while fine art and thoughtful details add warmth and character throughout.

Each bedroom is located on its own level and accessed from the exterior, offering privacy and a tranquil retreat for every guest.

Amarilla Villa is ideally situated on St. John’s peaceful East End, just minutes from the heart of Coral Bay. Coral Bay is known for its laid-back vibe, local restaurants, beach bars, live music, and small markets—perfect for guests who want to experience the island like a local.

Salt Pond Bay & Hansen Bay – approx. 10–15 minutes

Haulover Bay – about 15 minutes

Maho Bay & Trunk Bay – about 25–30 minutes
