"Amazing staff"

"The beautiful old hotel did not live up to our expectations. While it is gorgeous in the lobby, we found our room to be lack luster. Bathrooms in need of an overhaul, air in the room was hot and stagnant. No mini fridge or real storage.. the closet in our room had one old looking robe and one other additional hanger. Unfortunately, I will not be stay at this hotel again BUT I will be back for the Ten Spa which was incredible."

"Staff had great customer service but the hotel is horrible. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as there were garbage behind the fridge and beside the bed and the sheets had stains. It smells really bad, room service was poor and the room I was in was musty. Our room service was just them using the same sheets to make the bed. When we asked for change of sheets they only flipped the sheets and reused them. The air vents were dusty which affected my son’s sinus. So many stains on the carpets it was a turn off"

"We were not happy with our stay. We walked in the room and it was freezing, the toilet was running and had no water reservoir to flush. I lifted the lid to find what was wrong and found it had gross gunk around the button that held the button down keeping the water running. I cleaned that and then it worked. Then looking up in the bathroom there was hair stuck to the roof which wasn't pleasant to look at. When we tried to use the pool it was closed. Which was a big reason we booked this motel for our kids. Not to mention the elevator and hallway smelling like weed. It just seemed neglected and we would not likely try to come back."

"Nice meal in the restaurant which advertises gluten free options, only two items could be gluten free, a wider option would be beneficial."
