  • The Barn is a two-bedroom ground floor apartment only minutes away from Porthmeor Surfing Beach, The Tate Gallery, St Ives Harbour and Town Centre. This modern holiday home offers on-site parking, sea glimpses and has the added benefit of a paved courtyard garden to the rear, perfect for sundowners or alfresco meals where you can completely relax and unwind.

    The living area is tastefully decorated and includes a large navy sofa, a signature yellow love seat, a leather recliner, wall mounted Smart TV, electric fire and a good collection of books and games to entertain family or friends. From the windows you can steal sea glimpses across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday. There is a gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard. The oak dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration.

    The master bedroom has a super king size bed which can be configured as two singles upon request, ample storage and a small dressing table. The second bedroom offers a double bed again has ample storage and a small dressing table. The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rails.
    The enclosed courtyard is a real gem. A great space for alfresco dining and for storing surfboards, ensuring The Barn is perfect for your Cornish break all year round.

Easter Break

Apartment was very comfortable and had all we needed , just a few minor maintenance issues that need sorting ( needs a new riser rail ) . We would stay again

Very nice and modern homely flat in St Ives

The place is very good. It is not far from St Ives town centre, but further than we expected, and be prepared for a steep up-hill climb walking back. The flat is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The only problem was the clarity in the master bedroom (which is a real problem in summer times - thicker curtains are required).
