Situated above Porthmeor Beach, Sea Spray is a 2 bedroom duplex with parking and has stunning views of Porthmeor, The Island, Godrevy and St Ives Bay.
A very quiet location, yet only 7 minutes walk down a steep hill to Porthmeor Beach and a little further to the town centre. It is only 2 minutes from the South West Coast Path. A perfect location for a relaxing family holiday. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday but other days maybe available on request out of season.

Yes the welcome was friendly and very clear. The house was just right for our family and we only had a short walk down to Porthmeor beach and into town. The house was cosy and included everything you would need, thanks Euan

Wonderful base to explore St. Ives. We had everything we needed for our stay. The parking is a fantastic benefit and we were super happy to be able to bring our dog. The host communicated with us before and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!
The accommodation was clean and tidy. Well maintained and had everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The views from the living room and the double bedroom across to the sea were stunning. It's safe to say next time we go to St Ives we will definitely book this lovely accommodation 🙂
The apartment was absolutely lovely. We had a family stay with a dog, and everyone was comfortable. The beds are very comfy, everyone had a great sleep, and the view from the living room is stunning. Having an on-site parking is a massive bonus for central St Ives location. Gorgeous Porthmeor beach is barely 10 mins walk, and St Ives Harbour with all the lovely restaurants and shops is about 15 mins walk. The accommodation has everything you need for a lovely break. The host was very accommodating when we accidentally left a personal item behind and went above and beyond to help us get it back. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you very much!
Home was sized well for 10 guests. Walking distance to a few cafes and a nice restaurant/bar. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were previous reviews of their not being enough hand towels, and that observation remains. We bought extra towels that maybe the host can reuse. Same goes for plates, glasses, mugs, etc. We weren’t able to have a full sit-down meal due to there not being at least 10 of everything. Breaker for the AC unit tripped on the 3rd floor, and we weren’t able to reset the breaker due to panel likely being on the Basement (locked away from guests). Dishwasher did not work, so, we had to handwash all of our dishes. We hope this was just a maintenance issue and not a permanent condition. Many of these observations aren’t attributed to the permanent condition or layout of the home. We all thought it was great. Reason I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars is due to a lack of basic provisions, and hopefully isolated maintenance issues that can likely be addressed for future guests. Overall, happy with our stay.
Die Wohnung bot von der Ausstattung alles, was wir für eine entspannte Urlaubswoche brauchten. Die Lage war optimal zum Porthmeor Strand und dem Zentrum/ Hafen. Wir brauchten kein Auto in dieser Zeit und kamen überall zu Fuß hin. Der vorhandene Parkplatz war kostenfrei. Lebensmittel konnten wir mit Rucksack ohne Auto gut einkaufen. Zu berücksichtigen sind die Steigungen innerhalb St. Ives, denn der Rückweg geht immer bergauf. Belohnt wird man mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer von der sehr ruhig gelegenen Wohnung. Julia, die Vermieterin, war sehr hilfreich, unterstützend und unkompliziert. Sie gibt viele Informationen zur Umgebung, zu Restaurants und weitere Empfehlungen. Mit 4 erwachsenen Personen wäre es uns eng geworden. Zu Zweit war es gut. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Die Anreise war auch mit dem Navi etwas schwierig, da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Anliegerstraße liegt. Das Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei.
