"I really didn't want to put a negative review as I use this hotel frequently, however my stay was not up to your normal standard. I had a meal on both days at the restaurant and both times flies were in my drink and meal. Not just one they were crawling along the table the windows. Very disappointed. ..."

"This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals"
