"The stay was pretty nice "

"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"

"The Manager and front desk staff were generally courteous. However, to access the rooms could require a walk of up to 300m (approx) uphill from reception. The facility is wired 220V with NO provision for charging regular phones or laptop unless you're lucky to get an adapter at front desk. There was no provision for getting food or dinner on site at evening time."

"Great location, cottage had Harbour view. We went to the Cruisers night on Wed which was fantastic - great vibe and service"

"Poor service from checking in to getting a drink to getting lunch. Dated room (103) located opposite a maintenance cupboard and pantry. Couldn’t sleep, woke up at 5.30am by noisy staff and leaf blower. Only thing that was great was the beech and sea- beautiful"

"The property is breathtaking, especially the long pool. Very photogenic day and evening. The breakfast that was included was spectacular. Our room was spectacular including a large balcony to have morning coffee and watch spectacular sunset. Very very very highly recommended."
