We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our time. Had a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 of us, with Tv's and on suite bathrooms and large outside sitting area. Very clean and spacious. The pool was a infinity pool that over looked the ocean and Gran Anse beach and rhe bar was always open. The hosts were always welcoming and on hand. My only worry was the location as it is on a very steep hill, but if you rented a vehicle it wasn't a problem, also the bus stopped at the bottom of the hill for easy commute. Had a lovely stay and would defiantly recommend a stay here. Thank you.

Excellent one week stay, the room is a large size with everything you need. The staff are friendly and provided room service and clean towels every few days. The location and view is great and the pool waa the perfect place to watch the sunset.

This is not a fancy resort, but has a very accommodating and friendly staff. They will take care of all your uncertainties, dining options, taxi, rental car, etc. The site is a bit inconvenient unless you rent a car or enjoy walking. For us, it was perfect. We took numerous hikes through various parts of Grenada using Hillview Apartments as our base. Grand Anse beach is close, and the walk back up the hill is great exercise! Great budget stay. I was working remotely and the internet was great!

The view of the ocean from this hotel is spectacular. In particular, the view from the infinity edge pool is second to none. You would be hard-pressed to find a better one in the Caribbean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The office is open to visitors and convenient to your room. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk down the hill and to the left. It's not an easy walk if you are carrying lots of supplies. Taxi might be best, but it is walkable.

The view here is absolutely breathtaking! Stepping out of your door every day and seeing the ocean is a sight to behold. The infinity pool is a lovely feature, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The sunsets on this side of the island are simply beautiful. However, there are a few downsides to consider. There’s no food nearby except for a restaurant next door that only operates during certain hours, and breakfast is not available. The hill to get to the main strip is not very safe, with no sidewalks and a steep incline. Additionally, the water in the shower runs out frequently, so I had to wash up all week. The toilet also doesn’t always flush, which can be inconvenient. My biggest complaint, though, is the constant barking of dogs throughout the night. There’s a dog on the property, and I believe they let out around 2 am, barking for hours. This disrupted my sleep for the entire week, and I couldn’t get a single night of good rest.

We had an AMAZING time in Grenada and hillview apartments. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the front desk service. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and warm. We also rented a car with them, which was seamless, they even provided the Grenadian drivers license. Def recommend hillview for first time or returning visitor to Grenada.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hillview, the apartments are nicely sized & kept in good condition, with a nice pool to cool off. What really wins for this place is the location, a few minutes walk to Grand Anse & 10 mins drive to BBC beach which is great. A bit of a steep hill to navigate but ok if you are without mobility issues. I would stay here again for sure. Hot tip, check out “Dexter’s restaurant” for a hidden very close by gem, the food is amazing, trust me. The area is also very safe & the people are very friendly. What are you waiting for, book!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It has a great view and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Grande Samar beach is so close and I went there every day. The only hiccup was that when I booked it it was a Room and Car Rental, so I thought I was paying for both when I booked. However, I discovered that I had to still pay for my temporary license and car rental. Which set me back in my money availability. They helped me out some by getting me to the airport for free on the day that I left.

yes, but maid left me hanging day before I left. did not clean room or take my laundry. I had to travel with only dirty clothes. I had told her 4 days before, as she said she would be off and back that day before. Also sad, as I was going to give her my remaining currency as a tip, about $300. Oh well. But other wise I was pretty happy with everything. But after everything being very good. That was not a good thing. But overall, very nice people, nice place, nice stay.

Hill view has the most incredible view over grand Anse from the pool. We had a pleasant stay at Hill view. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the view is out of this world!

The view from the property is amazing and the pool was very nice to enjoy at the end of the day. Clearly the car rental takes priority over needs of paying guests. The TV did not work the entire 2 weeks we where there. The coffee maker was there but broken. We asked repeatedly for a monthly rate if we returned next year. None was ever provided. On a positive note the cleaning staff where excellent and cleaned our unit every 3 days.

The hosts were really attentive and couldn't do enough to help me- organising me getting from the airport and quickly sorting out issues I had in the apartment (me being useless rather than anything wrong !!) The apartment is basic but perfect for my needs and extremely clean- housekeeping are absolutely on it ☺️I had a massive wraparound balcony too !! 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach, and 10 minutes from a great supermarket and a small shopping centre. Bus stops just down the hill from the apartment- the hill is not for the faint of heart, but the pool at the top is AMAZING !! And the views ❤️ A few great places to eat really close to the apartment too. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to the wonderful Grenada. Thank you Hillside !!

Hillview are good standard apartments and studios and Makida is fantastic- I’ll give her 5* for her amazing customer service and being so friendly & helpful. The views are amazing! Yes it’s up a short very steep hill but as long as your fairly fit it should be be an issue- location is great for St George’s end of Grand Anse beach. Bed firm and comfortable, good Aircon, good WiFi and hot water. Decent small plunge pool. It’s a shame the owner is not the friendliest of Hosts! But if you ignore that and the fact that the car hire side of the business is all around you- it’s a great, reasonably priced base to explore beautiful Grenada. With a bit of extra attention these apartments could be amazing! So much potential- but we stayed 2 weeks and apart from the above small things I would 100 recommend for Grenada on a budget! Thanks Makida you were amazing and deserve a pay rise!!
