Amazing place right on the lake. Beautiful house and very clean. Comfortable beds and couches are great, you can use them as 2 extra beds! Would come back again.
We had a great time for 2 nights spending here with friends and family. Air conditioning need more instruction need to ask the host if doesn’t work , apart from that everything was perfectly fine.
Beautifully presented house, with direct access to the water.
A few issues with water pressure and temperature regulation in the showers, otherwise this property is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway.
The house was fantastic, it was for a guys fishing trip, it accommodated 3 x large boats , plenty of room in the house, never felt squashed in , an caught a 98cm flatty off the back yard,
We had a great stay over the 2 nights we spent at the house. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean when we first arrived. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space for a big group like ours to relax around after a long day of activities. The lake outside was beautiful at all times of the day - although it was a little too cold for a dip in winter. The house is perfect for a private retreat or for a large group to stay in.
The place is wonderful, with a great open living space and enough beds for 15 people. The bunks are a little weak and quite creaky but they were able to hold up ~70-80kg guys so it should be fine. The property manager was very helpful, although could've responded more promptly before our stay. However during our visit they were very prompt with responses, as the power cut out around 9-10pm and they had an electrician drop by and replace the part by 10.45.
All in all, perfect for large groups of people, with a lake in the backyard and beaches not far away at all.
As soon as we walked through the doors we were blown away by the view.
The house was beautiful and clean and slept us all comfortably.
We were a short walk to a beautiful water front cafe and only a short drive to the nearest IGA.
We had a fantastic time and will definitely rebook in the future
We can say that the overall stay was god. There were some pros and cons.
-Fridge and oven are wide for a big group
-the place is close to the shopping places
-The place is so quite and peaceful/The view is so good especially the sun rise.
-Doors and windows need a good clean
-There were stains on some of the beds. They need a good clean as well
- There is a window between 2 bedrooms which makes not comfortable due to the sound and cannot get the fresh air.
-The place is dark. We needed to turn on the lights even during the day time. The photos are too bright.
-Indoor table is too small for big groups. We were 1-11 and we couldn't sit in the indoor table.
-The big plates are too big which don't fit into the dish washer.
-the water can be dangerous with the small kids. You need to watch them.
We have been using this house for years and it suits our needs. This year, the barbecue was virtually unusable, as it had rat dropping all over it and then once we cleaned it, the burners were rusted and wouldn’t work. It was really poor as a bbq is a large part of holiday meals. It needs to be replaced.
Also, the aircon wouldn’t work properly and luckily we had an aircon technician with us who cleaned the filters and go it working. It’s a great place, just the maintenance was lacking a bit this year.

Experience
Property was a great location , only issue we had was the last bedroom with bunk beds ,we’re not very safe one of the safety guards was broken so we were down a bed , and all 3 of them were very shacky even when they were being made up , not safe at all they need to be looked at for safety reasons they would not pass a safety check .
House was good . Had a bad smell when we arrived and there were a lot of extremely large cockroaches. House was 100% clean. Good location and right on the water . Had a good stay
Property was in a beautiful location by the lake. The kitchen was fantastic and was well equipped. Plenty of space for 3 young families.

Place was gorgeous, view was gorgeous. Plenty of kitchenware that was clean
Only problem was the water and ice dispenser. There were black things coming out and it wasn’t used
Beautiful location, perfect sunrise views across the water
We had three families stay in this waterside home & there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids played cricket & footy on the flat grassed yard & we were blessed with ideal weather. We anchored the boat out from the house & accessed it by a short stroll through the knee deep water. Lovely home that includes everything required for a large group.
An impressive modern house with plenty of room for 2 families. Beds all very comfortable with quality linen and towels. The direct water access was perfect for pushing out kayaks and local shops are about a 10-15 min walk away. Kitchen was huge and well equipped but most pans need replacing and there was no coffee plunger or maker (that we could find!). Collection of rubbish could be improved as bins were full from previous guests. The area is great for paddling and exploring the beautiful beaches a short drive away. Burgers at the local pub are great value!
Fantastic place to stay with a few things that were not clean. The BBQ was unable to be used until it was cleaned and the edges of the lawn were long but small things in the scheme of things. Great neighbour who made us all feel very welcome and the getaway was amazing.
Ok for a family trip ... not great. Would rate it 3.5 if you could give half stars.
We stayed with a family group. 8 adults and 4 children. On arrival we noticed the large lawn out the back hadn’t been mowed in a while and there was broken glass everywhere and broken glass bottles in a fire can. Not ideal with four toddlers who wanted to run right out and play.
The house itself is fine. Absolutely no basic comforts and you have to pay additionally for linen and towels - which we did.
We were supplied with 6 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days, so definitely bring some more of your own. There is no tea, coffee, salt, pepper or anything along those lines so make sure you bring everything you need, or there is an IGA up the road.
The cooking utensils weren’t clean so we had to wash everything prior to use. And there is entire draw of at least 30 large knives (at toddler height in the kitchen so just check that when you arrive if travelling with kids) but they won’t do much damage anyway because most of them couldn’t cut butter. The house itself is quite nice and the inside was clean. I would happily recommend it for a group of guys on a bucks weekend but probably not to families travelling with young kids. If the backyard was tended to, the kitchen utensils cleaned and upgraded and basic comforts like enough toilet paper then it would definitely be worth what you pay for it. But as it’s stands now, you can definitely get much better properties for the same price.
Had a wonderful stay at this property. Loved the view straight out onto the water. Enjoyed lawn games, paddle boarding and the boat ramp was only 2 doors down (cafe located at boat ramp). Ample room for our 10 people. There was always family sat around the enormous kitchen island bench, playing games and chatting. House was clean with easy check in.
Great location, well equipped property, needs much better mattresses on double bunks for anyone over 50kg foam doesn’t cut it. A shade sail on back patio area would be beneficial too. Overall a really nice place for our annual family reunion
Great location. The whole house really suited our families. Really enjoyed the stay. Thanks

Lovely setting right on the lake . Comfortable house, close to neighbourhood shops and restaurant.
Enjoyed our stay . House was short on kitchen utensils (only one teaspoon) and fry pans need replacement . Extraction fan above cook top vents into the house causing smoke problems and no smoke detectors . One of the dining chairs had a broken leg and could have caused a fall . Minor issues but still a great place to stay .
