Only 266 steps to the beach and with in walking distance to local restaurants and shopping, you can park your and enjoy your day. The huge wrap around balcony allows for amazing gulf views and relaxation. This spacious corner unit has a completely updated interior with a fully equipped kitchen and excellent furnishings.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and spacious living area makes it great for couples, friends or families to enjoy that beach experience together and create memories that last long after you are back home. Sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and start your day with an amazing sunrise. Located in the heart of St. George Island, walk to restaurants and never move your vehicle, or you may utilize the full kitchen to prepare and share meals without leaving the condo.
