Beachside Condo
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property Two levels with gorgeous views. We rode the bikes that were included and explored the island. I would recommend this property for your St. George Island vacation. The host was responsive to all our needs.

Amazing view of the gulf.
Very nice place for a family to stay. Beautiful view off the balconies. Lovely listening to the waves crash on shore during the night. It was cool during our stay so did not need to use the air conditioner and had the patio doors open allowing fresh ocean air to circulate throughout. Be sure to bring kitchen supplies like dish washer detergent , garbage bags, Clorox wipes & what not. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans & utensils as well as other small appliances to use. Also if you plan on doing laundry during your stay, laundry pods are not allowed so will need liquid detergent. Property manager very prompt responding to questions. Very nice pool however not heated so something to be mindful of during the cooler months. Definitely would stay here again.

Second time to stay in Unit G6. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Very clean condo and great access to the beach. Great location and you can walk to most of the restaurants on the island. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two complaints, we couldn’t get the cable to work on the downstairs tv and the ice trays need to be replaced. Very minor, overall a great place to stay right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, not busy like Destin. Small town so my daughter and her friend were able to ride the bikes around town and shop. Everyone was really friendly.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the condo was very clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated the extra fans and the shelving in the kitchen that we used for a pantry. This was an affordable and family-friendly option that was right in the middle of the island, with a wonderful beachfront view.

Great view and clean place!
We had a great time in SGI. Had not been in many years and it has changed A LOT! It's much more crowded than I ever remember- even for the 4th. But it was a great time none the less. The property was clean and the beds were GREAT- which is huge for us! The fans provided were very nice as there were no overhead ones. We did not have one hiccup with check in, nor anything in the condo- however, the bike pump needs to be replaced. We didn't need to use it for the bikes but wanted to blow up a float with it and it is bent- so it's very hard to use- we gave up. The kayaks were awesome and so fun! Nice extras. We rented a golf cart which was great! Make sure you book ahead. And as previous renters have said, be prepared for a workout everyday with the steps- you'll have to go up to level 3 for the restroom. I didn't mind it, but it could be cumbersome for certain people. Overall, great place to stay and we enjoyed our time very much.

Great condo on St. George!
The place was great! Just don’t recommend if you have small children. It was stressful to make sure the babies didn’t hurt the glass coffee, end and dining tables. Other than that, I highly recommend! It was a great rental.

Great stay. Lots of room. Right on the beach with easy access and board walk. Grandkids loved the pool. Lots of stairs so if that’s a concern you might want to stay elsewhere. Suggest planning early dinners by 5:00 to avoid the crowds.

We loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable, right on the beach, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We are ok with stairs, but others may not be. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and other businesses. We’d definitely return.

Was great location and nice property. A few things I would address, need a bigger sign or warning about watching step out to balconies, everyone in our party tripped going in and out. The small sticker on the door is barely noticeable. There are no ceiling fans or ceiling lights in living room and bedrooms. There aren’t enough towels and only had one dish cloth and two dish towels. No ice maker. But these were minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villas. The pool was wonderful. Easy beach access and walking distance to shops and food. We didn’t get to use the kayaks or bikes but I liked that we had them as an option. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

OUR NEW FAVORITE BEACH SPOT
Perfect location - just on the edge of the central section of St. George Island. We were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc.), and we were able to avoid the most crowded section of the beach (public access a couple hundred yards East). The farthest restaurant on the island is about 0.6 miles away. (Everything else is within about a quarter of a mile, and some of our favorite places are within a couple of hundred yards). Unit was clean, and owner and resident manager were extremely quick responding to our one minor issue (dead door lock battery). The community pool was well-maintained. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about any aspect of our stay.

Spacious beachfront condo with great views! Steps from the pool or the uncrowded beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The bikes and kayaks area a great extra. John is very responsive and great to deal with. Highly recommend this condo on SGI.

Perfect location. Beach front and all restaurants within walking distance. We did not have opportunity to use bikes or kayaks, but liked that they were provided as part of rental. Would suggest that extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper be provided. Also, I had to purchase dishwasher pods as there were none provided. I left the ones I purchased for next renters. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Location
The location of this condo can’t be beat. We walked or used the provided bikes to get around town all week. We loved our frequent trips to Weber’s for donuts, Aunt Envy’s for ice cream and to the bay side for sunsets. The beach is about 150 steps from the condo. Super convenient. Kayaked with the dolphins several times. A really great stay! We hope to come back some time.

The Villas G6 on SGI
The condo was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was every bit as great as advertised and more. We had an unencumbered view of the ocean from two balconies, one in the main bedroom and the other in the living room. There was direct beach access down a short boardwalk path right to the water. The beach was quiet and uncrowded. In addition there was a lovely pool and outdoor gathering spaces in the condo courtyard. We took full advantage of the bikes and kayaks. The property manager lived on site and was always available to answer any questions. The condo interior was spacious and well appointed, with comfortable furniture, a nice dining area, and TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with utensils, and the appliances were clean and up to date. We had a fabulous 3 week stay and would gladly come back again!

Overall experience was very good+. Property manager very responsive during our stay. Seriously considering returning annually. Bed was very comfortable. And kitchen was fully equipped. That's important! Only improvement suggestion. Couch is in need of replacement. At a minimum. It needs to be cleaned. Thanks for a great overall experience!

We truly love SGI and our location and are honored to share it with guests. I agree, the couch needs to be replaced. We actually tried to replace it recently but was having a hard time with supply issues because of COVID. It is in the works to be replaced. We do have it cleaned regularly but much agreed it needs replaced. We treat this condo like our home and want to make it as comfortable as we can, so thank you for your comments, it is very helpful. Great location . The owner was prompt on responding to emails or phone messages. The unit is very clean and nicely located at the center of the island. Restaurants are walking distance and the best part was seeing the sunrise from your bedroom or balcony. Amazing views and we even saw the dolphins from the balcony. Thanks to the owner for providing the binoculars. Only thing I will recommend that you take toilet tissue roll. They only give one in each bathroom. Also take some extra trash bags. The unit do not have any trash bags. Had a great time and the owners are very nice. If you love cooking, the appliances and the utensils are very nice. Thanks to the owners.

Clean, charming beachfront condo
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean, well-equipped with modern decor. Wonderful ocean view from balconies, easy private access to beach, and great location to restaurants, shops, etc. Loved having use of bikes included. Note there are steps --one set when you enter to get to living area, another set to get to bedrooms/baths. Not a problem for us but could be for some. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

We had a great visit. Condo beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Our only complaint was the two flights of stairs and the steps on stairs not deep enough for a man’s foot to fully fit on them. Luckily my husbands fall was near the bottom of the stairs. The two bathrooms were both on upstairs floor which probably not a problem for most folks but if you have issues it can be a real problem. This is one of nicest places we have stayed in. If it were not for this problem we would want to return in a heartbeat.

This condo was amazing. Spotless, great amenities and comfortable (especially the beds). I probably should give one star for accuracy of listing because, as I told John, the pictures don’t do it justice. They even have binoculars to look out and see dolphins from the deck! Take the kayaks out early in the morning and boat with the dolphins! It’s an amazing experience. We had two come up within a few feet of us. The bikes were wonderful to have because everything is within biking distance. The owner is VERY helpful and gives great tips. The walk to the pool or beach is so short and easy. The beach is not crowded at all. The only thing I suggest is to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, laundry detergent (liquid), dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and ziplocs. We did this based on prior reviews and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed fresh warm donuts from the nearby donut shop, Aunt Ebbys ice cream, Paddy’s and Mango Mikes. Recommend all of them. This was one of the most relaxing vacations!! No stress and lots of fun. We hope to return in the future!!!
