"This house was ideal for our group of 8 adults. The location β€” just across the street from the beach β€” couldn't have been better, and the views from the third floor balcony were amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and it made for such an easy, enjoyable stay. We'd absolutely book this place again!"

"I rented this as a last minute getaway and was blown away at how great this property was! Pictures don’t do it justice and it was the perfect size for our small party. "Great house and access to the beach. Watched the dolphins everyday from the porch. Access and view are second to none. House was nice and clean provided plenty of towels which was nice as we had numerous trips per day with the kids back and forth."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sandy Beach. The location of the house to both the beach and the restaurants/stores cannot be beat! We had 5 guests and the house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view from the house/back deck is amazing and the ease of getting to and from the beach with no stairs was fabulous. The house could definitely use some updating (it really wouldn't take much), but if you are there for the beach, Sandy Beach will not disappoint. Our experience with Suncoast Vacation Rentals was also great!"
