Great size and location

This spot was perfect! My family was spending a few days in St George, and this place was great. First floor made it accessible for my handicap relative, and large kitchen allowed us to cook what we needed for dietary restrictions. The rooms were big, bathrooms perfect, and the location made it easy to get to parks around St George and to Tuacahn. Highly recommend and will use in the future!

We loved Estancia Resorts, and this vacation rental specifically. Everything was clean and comfortable inside, and beautiful and usable outside. Location and outside amenities are great. Check in was easy and convenient. We’ve stayed in the resort before and loved it, but this unit has seen better days. It definitely needs some attention from a handyman and bed/pillow upgrades.

Great resort property in St George Utah.

This was a very nice bottom floor corner unit. It has easy access with lots to do. We enjoyed the pickleball courts a beautiful pool and spa. Directly across the street was open space for hiking and mountain biking. The owner was always quick to respond. The unit had everything we needed making for a great week. The only negative is the unit above had hardware floors and we could hear kids jumping around. I would not hesitate to book this again.

We loved this condo! It was beautiful and in excellent condition. Everything about making the arrangements to stay was easy and Rob was great to respond and make arrangements for our stay. We loved the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and pickleball. There was so much to do right there at the condo. There are TV's in every room, games to play, swim towels and swim toys provided. It is located in a beautiful area. We enjoyed days hanging out at the condo as well as a day at Bryce Canyon and enjoying things locally. We had a great time and highly recommend staying there.
