Family Reunion

This was a great property for our extended family to get together! Plenty of room and accommodating for all ages. The pool and pickleball court were the most used amenities. We were all very comfortable to just hag out and spend time at the house. Two dishwashers and extra fridge and freezer space were wonderful.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed th house and all it had to offer. We were either on golf course or at the house, no need to leave to a restaurant or bar we cooked, watched sports inside and outside and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend the house and Dan at The Ledges we did have a little curve ball a day before we were to arrive, but the Ledges Team took care of us in a professional and fast manner.

Family Retreat for 16!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year we have rented this home, and will continue to do so. There is plenty of space, accommodations are comfy, the Great Room is perfect and the outdoor spaces (playground, pickleball court, grass, pool and jacuzzi) were in constant use. We have a few suggestions for the Management Crew: 1) poolside furniture needs replacing. Lounge chairs are broken as are two of the three umbrellas. 2) House cleaning crew needs to be a bit more thorough. We found old food under some of the beds, which was why we saw a couple of cockroaches. 3) PLEASE (!) supply more than 4 garbage bags and 5 DW tablets. Fortunately we knew to bring our own supplies. 16 people (four of them in diapers) for a full week, cooking all our meals onsite, meant a lot of rubbish, and using the DW 2x a day. For the rental price, it seems miserly to only supply a few of these daily use items. We really wish you participated in the local recycling program. We were purposeful to sort our recyclables, only to realize there was not a bin for those. oops. We are already trying to calendar our visit for 2025. Thanks for a great week.

The Ledges put our entire golf package together including lodging and tee times. I’ve been putting golf vacations for groups of 8-24 people for over 30 years and this was by far the simplest and most convenient golf package ever. From start to finish, the communication with Dan Dekker from The Ledges, who set our package up, to the check in/check out process was terrific. The house met all our needs and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub after golfing. A+ on all levels.

Big house for big fun

Something for All Ages

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent design and setup of the house and the external amenities allowed kids and adults to enjoy the time spent. Most minor house-condition problems were handled quickly and professionally by the Ledges staff - the staff individuals were ALL consistently responsive and helpful on all situations! It's a great location that allowed different portions of our 18-person, 3-generation family to enjoy golf at three different courses (Ledges, Hurricane, Sand Hollow), visit Bryce NP, Zion NP, a state park for boating / swimming and another state park for hiking during the week. An expected Kanarra Falls visit failed due to a lack of advance tickets, and those controlling access to the Kolob Canyon alternative rejected our group as being too large. Those controlling the canyon's access wouldn't accept any group separation proposals even though they met the access rules - the only sad/bad situation on the trip and a caution for future travelers. Our persistent hikers made it to Spring Creek for a challenging and photogenic day for our hikers from four to fifty-two years of age. The local golf club restaurant, Fish Rock Grille, was convenient, high class, good food, accommodating, and affordable. Good menu, good prices, good service, good setting, good place to bring guests!Special thanks to Kimber for her patience, guidance, and responsiveness from the initial rental process through our departure!!
