Enjoy our new luxury amenities: resort pool with Shamu shelf, huge hot tub, basketball, and 2 pickleball courts.

The condo's layout is perfect and has 2 master suites, a guest bedroom, and three full baths.

Bed configuration: Master: King. 1st Guest: King. 2nd Guest: 4 bunk beds (2 full and 2 twin beds). We also include a queen Aerobed (comfortable air mattress).

Enjoy 3 large TVs streaming Netflix, Disney+, and Youtube TV / Cable.

While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or dust from nearby construction. Softball

We made our journey to St George to watch high school softball. We hadn’t stayed at Estancia before. We were pleased with our stay. We’ll stay at. Estancia again. One little blip. We left a minor object in the condo brand tried to get it but were locked out at exactly 11. A 10 minute grace period surely would have helped. The kids loved the pool.

Not clean.Big ball of hair in shower, baseboards and floors dirty.Coffee pot used ground still in pot and class pot broken.Very. Noisey as well. Very disappointed!
