Pleasant View is a 3-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We only used the Master Bedroom on the main floor and a bathroom/shower upstairs. The condo was well stocked. Plenty of towels and comfortable bed. We sat out on the back patio and enjoyed the St George sun. We would stay here again. There is only one thing that we noticed, the washing machine had the worse smell, we did not use it and understand that front load washers are famous for this BUT this was not something that would keep us away from staying there again. We still feel the condo and our stay there deserves a 5 star rating

Everything we could’ve needed was supplied - 2 types of coffee makers, detergent, dish soap, plenty of tissues and toilet paper. The only thing I feel the house really needs is a non-stick pan. I cooked all except for 2 meals and the pans were impossible to clean (or supply steel wool).

Pleasant View at The Ledges is beautifully furnished and well maintained; super clean, spacious and comfortable. We could not have been more pleased with this home! It was very easy access into St George for my husband’s pickleball tournament. Fish Rock Grille, at The Ledges Golf Course, was a wonderful place to dine. Snow Canyon is a must see just up the road. We are looking forward to returning to St George and staying here again is a given!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Family Getaway Spot

Our family really enjoyed the vacation home. Great pool for the kids and we even rented E-bikes from the Ledges about two blocks from the house!

St. George getaway

Choose this property so that we can hike Paradise Canyon and then drive over to Zions national park. The house seemed very clean and everything was in order with lots of extras like pickle ball paddles and such. The pool was great and also had a hot tub .
