The spacious floorplan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, offering an ideal setting for relaxation or immersing yourself in the surrounding landscapes.

Unwind in the contemporary-style bedrooms, bask in the comfort of the partially covered outdoor patio, or gather with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Nestled within The Ledges of St. George, this location is a haven for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short distance away, explore a plethora of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the majestic red and white sandstone mountains enveloping The Ledges.

The pool was close by along with a pickle ball court. The road in wasn’t too far so we felt comfortable leaving our trailer parked there with our razor and four wheelers .

Lots of room

There is lots of room to mingle upstairs, out on the deck and in the family room. We liked that. The location worked out well for us. We enjoyed biking down snow canyon and back up the path by the road. It's a fun loop. Very close to golfing. Tuacahn is a reasonable distance as well.

Loved the beautifully decorated space and the best stocked kitchen I have found yet. Every appliance you would need in the pantry, along with grilling essentials, we found it very convenient. Loved the location across from the pool, making it easy to view the pool from the amazing fire pit seating area in the roof. We put that space to use after dark, giving our family a relaxing place to visit and read. The kids loved the hangout room, especially the mini basketball game. 10 out of 10, loved this place.

Perfect family house

We loved this house! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location across from the pool is awesome. Loved the extra bonus like pool toys, the smart TVs, firepit, and extra sleeping pads.
