Welcome to our charming and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the lower level in the Sports Village community in beautiful St. George, UT. This vacation rental is the perfect choice for couples or small families looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by stunning red rock scenery. It has a view of beautiful mountains and breathtaking sunsets off your private patio.
You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more. Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a cabana next to pools.
-2 large pools (family one is heated), other one is for 18+ adult pool. Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi's - open year round
**Pool towels are also supplied but need to be returned to unit after use!**
-Full size tennis courts
-Pickleball courts
-Workout room
-Jogging paths, shuffleboard and playground
-Full court basketball
-2 Full size racquetball courts
- Ping Pong Tables, Foosball, Indoor mini golf
-Sand Volleyball

Cozy condo for two. Very pretty view. Comfortable bed. Very close to the adult pool and hot tub. We used the hot tub every day. Pool and hot tub need to be refinished; but we understand that’s a property issue, not the hosts. The pickleball and tennis courts have been repainted since we stayed at Sports Village last. Stairs lead down to the ground floor condo. We ate most of our meals in the condo and it was a well-equipped kitchen. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen. Don’t leave any food out on counter and you should be good. Host assured us that the HOA sprays regularly and they would make sure they were up to date.
