Summary:
Want a relaxing, spacious place to stay? Have a sporting trip to St. George? This 4-bedroom suite can sleep up to 9 people, making it ideal for large groups. There are also four bathrooms, which will take care of 9 people fighting over the bathroom. You will not feel cramped with over 2400 sq. feet of space, even with nine people.

The Space:
This suite has 4 bedrooms, one king bed, 2 Queen beds, and a bunk bedroom with three twins. There are smart TV's with Fire Sticks, so feel free to login and enjoy any streaming service you have access to! The deck offers great views and provides a BBQ grill. You and your group will feel at home and relaxed in this spacious suite. It is located in the W building. This is on the West side of the property with a “W” marking the building.

The Neighborhood:
With a large group, you will want to take advantage of the great activities Saint George and the nearby area has to offer. Zions National Park is a beautiful one-hour drive away. Bryce National Park, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and Grand Canyon National Park are also within driving distance. If you and your group would rather stay closer, there are plenty of things to do within the city. Snow Canyon State Park is under 20 minutes away and offers beautiful scenery and hikes for all ages. Visit Tuacahn for a broadway musical only 20 minutes away. Let us take care of housing for your group and provide the perfect location for endless adventure in Southern Utah.

Getting Around:
Tuacahn Amphitheater and Center for the Arts is a must for any art lovers or anyone who wants to experience a Broadway play. With a gorgeous 1500 foot red rock cliff backdrop, you will experience Broadway plays like nowhere else. “Tuacahn” comes from the Mayan language meaning “Canyon of the Gods” and you will be treated to a show that will make you feel like the canyon is yours.

The condo was as advertised and more. It is spacious and well appointed. I stayed with four friends and everyone had the same reaction. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed. We will be a repeat client.

The place was huge, well-kept. The design and amenities of the actual suite was straight out of Ikea and quite trendy. The overall description of the place was accurate (except I did talk with Expedia and they assured me I was on the ground floor, but was indeed placed on the 3rd floor. I have 3 boys, so prefer ground floor for easy access to the pool). We loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental. I would like to find any other properties that participate in this group and will actively seek them out!

Accommodating, Gracious, and an Escape

I am so glad we chose Estancia. We all needed time to just stop answering emails, swim, attend plays, laugh together and sleep, undisturbed for a week. Although we chose a very hot week, the condo was cool, had ice water and all necessary appliances. We make smoothies each day as a habit. We called early to ask if there was a blender. They affirmed. When we got here, we couldn't find it. But with just one call, they immediately brought a brand new blender. Our stay has been pleasant in every way.

We could hear family above us. We had 2 different families above us during our stay. My husband even had to go upstairs and tell them we could hear their child running atound. Only two dishcloths and dish towels, not enough dishwasher soap, only krug coffee maker. Not enough glasses or small plates. Kitchen very ill equipped. Liked the pickelball. A place definitely for families with lots of children. Not very peaceful

Family Vacation

The unit itself was clean, well-stocked and just as listed. However, the complex in which it is located was not as we expected and there was no way to contact or communicate with management and actually get a response. The pool hours are listed as closing at 10 but people were yelling and playing in the pool (our room was poolside) well past 10. The unit above us was very loud and we could hear everything well into the night making sleeping challenging. People started riding ATV's around 6 in the morning right outside, making it impossible to catch up on sleep. So while the unit itself was great, the issues with the complex and management of it make this a place to which we would not return.

Nice place

Very comfortable for the 7 of that stayed there for one night. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes/cups for everyone. Some baking sheet pans would be a nice addition to the kitchen supplies. Overall nice place in great condition. Appeared to be a relatively new property.

Slept our family of nine with room to spare! We only stayed one night and my kids wanted to "live here forever!" Beds and pillows were comfortable. Temperature was perfect! Everything upgraded and pleasant! Very clean. First room across the elevator- so very easy access. Views were beautiful! Wish we were there for a long trip and could have enjoyed the stay longer.
