Property was wonderful - the atmosphere was quaint and historic. All the furnishings and house parts were fully functioning. We loved the general ambiance and location. Truly a top recommendation from our three generational family unit of 7
Beautiful property! This is a wonderful historic home with so much attention to detail. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. I love that there were 2 king bedrooms for the guests. Home is walkable to a lively downtown with so many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!
Walking distance to all the central downtown locations, restaurants, etc. Age of home means it has some quirks, but to us, it added to the charm. We would totally stay here again.
Awesome house! Super comfortable stay. Loved the walking access to great parks, restaurants and local historical spots! The host was on top of the only minor request we had. Great!
This beautiful older house was fully modernized with top of the line furnishings and appliances. There were only 3 of us but a couple of families would enjoy this home. Very clean. Enjoyed sitting out back in the evening. Great neighborhood. Very short drive to cute restaurants. Zion National Park is easy drive. Would definitely stay here again if ever in area.
The cutest cozy, perfect location home you can find. I was amazed by how equipped this home was. I have stayed in many homes and i can honestly say this home has everything you need. I loved the location centrally located. You are able to walk to the cutest coffee shop, park and children’s museum. Hope to be back soon!

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Wonderful house, poor customer service
The house was very nice and in a great location. The problem was that it was not cleaned before we got there. Check in time was at 4 and we didn't show up until 5 and it still wasn't cleaned. It took me two hours to get ahold of someone to deal with the situation. After that is was cleaned in a timely manner, however, I have small children that we had a hard time putting to bed because of it. We got zero acknowledgement from the host about the situation let alone an apologize. Normally I would stay at the place again in a heartbeat because of the space and location, but the poor communication and customer service makes it a no. I do agree that accidents happen and things get overlook so the fact that it wasn't clean is not really the issue. It was the overall customer service.
When I brought this up to the host. The response was along the lines of "thank you for you feedback we will take that into consideration in the future."
This is a beautiful property. It was so fun to stay in, the upstairs had so much character, and we loved how there were fans everywhere. The owner was great to work with, and the communication was great. Thanks for the fun stay!!
Cool, unique, old home with lots of charm. The upstairs is awesome for kids I’d say 5, but also wouldn’t be comfortable for anyone quite tall. The stairs leading upstairs are quite steep and narrow as is common in an old home however if you have anyone with any mobility issues or toddlers/seniors I wouldn’t count on using upstairs, just plan accordingly when allocating rooms. Great location, great parking, great kitchen, great yard, and I’d definitely stay again
Such a great place to stay. My niece's and I attended the Parade Of Homes and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique house. It's been updated and gives you a warm and welcoming feel. It was so nice to come home to at the end of a long day. All five of us would stay there again.
We enjoyed the uniqueness of the home and closeness to down town. The back patio was a plus! Morning hours with breakfast on the patio was beautiful with the shade trees, green grass and rose bushes! The house would have gotten an excellent rating except the upstairs window in the bunk room was broken and open several inches. It allowed the summer heat and traffic noise in. The owner was nice to offer to have someone come fix it but we decided to try and repair ourselves since it was a holiday. Unfortunately it didn’t work. I’m surprised it was taken care of prior to our stay.
