Community amenities: pools, hot tubs, mini-golf, grills, tennis/pickleball courts. Short drive to Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow Reservoir & plenty of beautiful golf courses. Features: 1 king bed & 2 queens, fully equipped kitchen, linens/towels, A/C & heating, WiFi. Pet-friendly ($125 fee). Parking for 2 + street parking available.

Located near Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Red Rock Commons, Utah Tech University & championship golf courses, this condo offers easy access to outdoor adventures, shopping, and local attractions.

Guests have access to the entire condo and community amenities, including pools (seasonal, see notes), hot tubs, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, tennis and more. The condo is ground-level, although one flight of stairs is required to access this unit.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beds (1 room w/ 1 King bed & ensuite bathroom, 1 room w/ 2 queen beds). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, A/C & heating, and a private hot tub on a furnished patio with beautiful views.

Parking outside the unit is available for 2 vehicles with additional street parking aplenty. The condo is conveniently located near major roads, offering easy access to St. George’s attractions.

This condo is self-catering with a starter kit of toiletries and supplies provided. Guests may restock as needed from nearby supermarkets. Pet-friendly with a $125 pre-paid fee (1 pet allowed).
The swimming pools are seasonal and are closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving through the Friday before Presidents Day weekend. Pools will remain filled but are not heated nor safe for swimming during this time. Both hot tubs remain open year-round.
