Excellent stay

Very clean. Great property. Have stayed at this condo property several times but this was the first time at this condo. Will definitely be staying again. Everything was perfect. Steps away from the pool and hot tub.

Nice clean condo

We enjoyed our short stay at this walkout condo. Clean and well supplied. The one thing I would recommend is having a chair, bench, or chest to set luggage on in bedrooms.

Super clean/cute

We were gone most of each day riding rzr’s but they had places to park our trailers! Beds were comfy….pool was right out the back door and not super busy! Really enjoyable!

Lovely place to stay in St. George

This is a lovely condo, ground floor, next to the pool and playground. Clean, functional, perfect for our stay (2 adults, 2 kids age 20 and 16). Clean. Well equipped. Highly recommended.

Great gataway

We had a fun girls trip weekend! This condo was everything they said it would be we wished we could Have stayed longer so we could enjoy it more. The only thing we really missed was a DVD player and some tissues.

We loved staying there, we left a day early as the people up above us were real noisy and kept us up. And we couldn't use the pool outside our room because we couldn't get in..

St George Utah

Las Palmas Resort is in a great location to visit variou National Parks and State parks. Many outdoor pools and hot tubs and other activities available on site. The condo we stayed in was more than adequate including a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool twenty steps away from our back door slider was a bonus. The only downside was the lack of full cable TV.

St George stay

We stayed in this condo for a weekend get away. It was a nice condo but the people who lived/stayed in the condo above us were very loud. It was hard to sleep. Our second night there they were up and making loud thumping noises until almost 1 in the morning. Then there were people outside screaming around 2 in the morning. Other than the noise the condo was clean and the area was beautiful. The hot tub was awesome.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay, only issue we had was the couch pull out bed. It is not usable because it is pretty much like springs with a sheet over it, impossible to sleep on, painful. Luckily, they had an air mattress we were able to use instead. Also, the rooms have no dressers, so we had to live out of suitcases on the floor, was a little inconvenient. The owners are verry responsive to issues, we had a clog in the sink, and they had someone over right away to fix it. I would stay there again, but just have to keep in mind that the pull-out couch bed is not usable.

A generous 2 star

The unit was ok, not great. We stayed in Las Palmas for a family reunion and visited and at least 8 other units. Key takeaways:1. It certainly feels like an investment property, not a home. They have many signs helping you remember this fact. (No smoking, instructions on what to not flush down the toilets and a list of all the fines you will be charged for not following their rules)2. The bedrooms were drab and the furnishings sparse. No dressers or chairs, just a bed. At least put in a luggage rack (you can put a cheap one in for 30) No throw pillows or other things to make the home feel comfortable. The furniture in the front room is cheap and the cushions are brick hard. Communication was slow and inadequate. During our stay, the back sliding door handle fell off (which I understand things happen) so i called amanda and left a message with no response. Then i called the other number provided. But again no response. I reached out to VRBO to contact them and nothing. Being that this is a first floor unit, we were worried about our safety with the back door not being able to be locked. The response i received the next day was “could you send pictures?” They seemed completely indifferent. They did send a locksmith out but i never received a follow up response to ask if things were ok and resolved. On top of it all, when we arrived, the washer (not dryer) was still running. So I guess in addition to being a guest, I’m housekeeping needing to dry and fold the laundry?!

The unit in poorly furnished.

The pictures were as if the unit was not fully furnished or decorated as yet. 1 There were only 3 regular drinking glasses...the rest children plastic cups 2 The coffee maker was noisy and seemed to never finish a cycle. 3 There were no chairs in either bedroom or a place to sit luggage . 4 There is no hanging or closet in bed room two. 5 There were just three wine glasses and one other. 6 The pool was not accessible one of our 4 days 7 Over all, the unit is fine....just not ready compared to all others we have leased. Sorry. Until this is remedied we would not rent again. There is an abundance of comparable units in that compound.

Staycation in St. George

Loved the layout of the place, it was great for what we needed it for. It was nice to have a pool right out the back door. It did appear some renovations were still being conducted since there was some unfinished tile work in the master bathroom. There were multiple games missing pieces too but nothing to stop the fun. Overall it was a great experience!

Odd property

First of all, the beds are INSANELY comfortable! We slept like babies.It would have been nice to have a place to put our luggage. The only furniture in the bedrooms was the beds and a couple side tables. No dresser, chair, or even a luggage stand. We just put our suitcases on the floor, but that may not be comfortable for some guests.The wifi went out while we were trying to watch a movie. We tried to find the modem, as instructed, but it wasn't where the property instructions said it would be. No hardwire phone was available, and with no wifi, I couldn't reach the property manager and had to bother the owners. It was frustrating.Even with that debacle, the location was in a quiet part of town that looks like it's just starting to grow. St. George is small but charming.

Top notch

Simple, refreshing, felt like home. We stayed here for a family reunion so we were out and about most of the time, but coming back to this condo at the end of the day, waking up at the beginning of the day, naps for the kids… felt like home. Clean, comfy, great spot in the complex, not crowded or load… just overall a wonderful, easy, relaxed, smooth, epic experience. Thank you so much Amanda!
