You will love the main floor master bedroom and ensuite, with the fully equipped kitchen just steps away. The second floor will have 2 more bedrooms for you to spread out to, and then the third level loft houses two triple bunk beds, a TV, and a Ms. Pac-Man along with Galaga and many other arcade game choices for hours of fun! Be sure to save time to stargaze off your rooftop deck that’s full of comfy furniture and a fire table! When you are ready, but sure to walk over to The Shores Resort to enjoy all the fun amenities and the Lagoon!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Great place to enjoy the sun

Great accomodations, the amenities at the resort make a great vacation. The house has room for our group 4 adults and 4 kids. With the large bunk room upstairs you could fit even more kids. I would start here again.

Place has great potential, but…..

This will be a great place when they can figure out how to get cell service out there. We have Verizon, and it was not listed that there was no cell coverage. This means, no texts come though unless they were iMessages through WiFi, no way to contact management, and no way to receive calls. We were assuming my husband could join us on this trip and work from home, but unfortunately he had to leave every day and find a place to work in St George. If the kids left the house, we couldn’t contact them. Overall very frustrating as we were not informed this was a problem. After trying to reach out to management, we were unable to get questions answered. Disclaimer: after our trip, management did make it right with us which was wonderful. But just know before going that you might not have cell coverage and if you have a group larger than 4-5, there is not a good gathering area attached to the kitchen. It is very small. But it was clean and close to everything. It has great potential.

We were visiting for a baseball tournament

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. What a beautiful place we love the hot tub that was close by to our rental and the pool was amazing. We will definitely come back to stay.

This place had everything we needed. The beds were awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed for food preparations. The location was so easy to access routes to destinations. Our two year old referred to this place as “her vacation house” 😊. We would definitely stay in this same place again!

Incredible condo!

I loved the condo in St. George. The condo is new and clean and so spacious! I couldn't find a coffee maker and the kitchen wasn't well supplied, so just bring what you need. The resort is so awesome. They are still building more units, but the construction didn't disturb our stay at all. The pool, hot tub and lagoon are close by and so much fun.

Stunning vacation home

SO FUN!!!

we had such a fun time staying here. It was clean and relaxing at night beds were very comfortable. The pool and Lagoon was a hit for us the staff are very kind and go out of there way to help and they had fun activities while we stayed there.
