2 Much Fun (pka sereni-tee time) is a 1812 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Luxury Villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including 5 flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel gas appliances. This stunning home is perfect to host 3-4 couples or family reunions for holidays, local events, or just relaxing after visiting Southern Utah’s many attractions. Enjoy the tranquil setting and views of the Golf Course, Mountain Peaks, Snow Canyon’s Red Rock from inside and out! Rest comfortably in the spacious and private bedrooms, or on the roof top patio by the fire table. Gather with family and friends in the large open concept main floor living space. Weekend soccer tournament

We had two families stay here for a long week end soccer tournament. This property was a great location. 10-20 min from all of the different games (we had 3 different teams). The house fit us comfortably and was well stocked. Would start again!

Relaxing

I thought everything was nice. The location was peaceful, and easy to find. I liked the rooms/bathrooms and how really stocked the kitchen was with appliances, etc. My only complaint was having issues with the internet, and no lights on at the clubhouse for night swimming.

Property was great but needs a few things added. Hot pads (none) more reliable internet and the coffee Keruig was broken and the upstairs shower liner needs to be replaced. Great location and worked really well for my family.

It was comfortable and had plenty of bathrooms. It was a bit close to a road which cars travel along. Not a huge problem just closer then we thought it would be. It was easy to find and close to Snow Canyon and a spa resort we visited. Used the jacuzzi once which was nice after hiking and we also liked how it was decorated.
