"After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly. "The room was nice at first glance but because the jacuzzi is in the room, everything felt damp, the bed sheets felt damp all our clothes smelled musty in the morning, and the floors were wet and mirrors were all fogged up. It seems like a great and cool idea to have a jacuzzi right there, but it was pretty gross in the room because of it. "

"Perfect location in Zakynthos right beside sea side bars and restaurants, shopping stores and cafes. Solomos square is in sight as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The breakfast included was a huge help for travellers. Staff were very friendly and assisted immediately if needed. Bus stops are short walking distances and we used them many times to travel to different beaches during our stay. If we go back to the island, this is where we’ll be staying. "
"Amazing location! They were wonderful and so accommodating. They arraigned the transport to/from the airport flawlessly! The breakfast was good! We took the all day boat/tour with Phillipo and could not have been more impressed. We had a room overlooking the port and it was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching everything! Highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. "
