Best 5-star hotel experience!

This was genuinely one of the very best 5-star hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms, surrounding area and facilities are above and beyond. But what left the best impression on us were the people. They made our stay unforgettable and have the attitude that modern day guests expect from a 5-star hotel. A fine balance between being extremely friendly and professional at the same time. A huge bow for the management and the whole crew at Lesante Cape.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lesante Cape, and I must say it was the best resort experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The rooms were beyond what we expected—spacious and immaculately clean, with housekeeping visiting twice a day to ensure everything was perfect. The attention to detail in the room decor and comfort was truly remarkable. The property itself is stunning, offering panoramic views of the sea that are simply breathtaking. Everywhere you look, there is beauty and luxury. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The dining experience at Lesante Cape was another highlight. The food was exquisite, with a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. Each meal was a culinary delight, making dining a pleasure every single day. However, what really sets Lesante Cape apart is the incredible staff. They were so welcoming and helpful, making sure our time in Zakynthos was everything we could dream of. From arranging tours and excursions to providing invaluable insights into all the must-visit spots, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. I cannot praise this resort enough. Lesante Cape is a true gem, and I will definitely be staying there again. I can’t wait to return and experience the magic once more. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My wife’s necklaces disappeared from our room during the stay, and when we raised the issue it was never properly resolved. At checkout we were also overcharged, which left a very bad impression. On top of that, my wife developed bed bug bites during the stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, while the property looks nice, the service and security fell far below expectations.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier im Lesante Cape Resort. Die Anlage selbst ist tramhaft schön. Die verschiedenen Restaurants bieten eine abwechslungsreiche Kulinarik - besonders hervorzuheben ist dabei das Fiore Fine Dining. Leider fanden wir, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmig war.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Lage, die Einrichtung, die Pflanzen - wirklich ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und kommt allen Wünschen nach. Wir hatten eine Suite mit eigenem Pool, die Ausstattung ist sehr hübsch, die Größe auch mit 2 Kids groß genug. Gelegentlich haben unsere Kinder dem Kids Club einen Besuch abgestattet - die Betreuerinnen waren auch hier sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück ist sensationell- hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben das Restaurant am Pool besucht und den Room Service genutzt. Das Essen war ordentlich/ gut (allerdings hochpreisig und dafür eher Standard). Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten (empfehlenswert) haben wir meist außerhalb des Hotels gegessen. Es gibt keinen richtigen Strand, allerdings wurden zwei Stege ins Meer gebaut - dort gibt es Liegen und Zugang ins Wasser. Auch der Service am Strand war hervorragend. Einen Mietwagen würden wir empfehlen (es gibt sehr schöne Strände auf der Insel, die man so gut erreichen kann - Nobelos war unser Favorit). Ansonsten beurteilen wir die Lage als top - knapp 20min zum Flughafen, 10min bis Zakynthos. Danke nochmals an das ganze Team, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel aus Überzeugung.

A wondeful hotel that has all you could wish for. A stunning view, wonderful beach and nice beautiful poolareas. The hotel never seems crowded even though at almost full capacity.

O Lesante é um dos melhores hotéis que eu já me hospedei! É um local que te convida a viver a realidade de uma vila (luxuosa) tipicamente grega - tem uma igreja, uma taverna, uma praça, uma gelateria, tudo que você encontra em um vilarejo iônico. É um hotel para entrar e não sair (você não precisa sair, de verdade) por vários dias. Atendimento impecável, comida saborosa, quartos grandes, confortáveis que são limpos 2x por dia. O hotel conta com 5 restaurantes, 3 piscinas e acesso privativo a praia - além de várias experiências, como spa, aula de ioga, academia e experiências culinárias. Voltaria várias vezes. Meu arrependimento foi ter ficado apenas 3 dias - é um hotel que merece pelo menos uma semana. Perfeito para lua de mel.

Brilliant hotel, my only gripe was the food on the first night in the restaurant where the breakfast is served wasn’t that good but was expensive. But overall the hotel is stunning and very family friendly
