"The rooms were not cleaned. The beds were broken, split and exposed insides. Dead moths in the rooms. Breakfast wasn't even breakfast. Cereal that was old and very stale. Potato's that weren't even cooked. Waffle was good. Hot tub was broken. Pool needed a huge cleaning. It was very murky!"
