  • Immerse in the satisfaction of a fantastic place with a magical lake view.
    This lovely waterfront two-story residential house is in the heart of the West Arm of Lake Nippissingnear a snowmobile trail and has great hiking spots. It is known for its miles of boating, excellent fishing, and hunting. The spacious house has parking for six cars, docks, a fire pit, and many items for fun: kayaks, paddle boards, a catamaran, and a boat (take a motor with you) for exploring and good fishing.

Very comfortable cottage with lots of water toys to use

The cottage is large, has a great view, and all the comforts of home. There are three docks to chose from and various kayaks, SUPs and a canoe. The house is quie close to the road but this is not an issue from the water facing side.
