Home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules: 1.There`s no place like home! That’s our motto. Treat this lake-house like your own home and take care of it. Suck the life out of everyday life and enjoy your stay! 2.Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. 3.Pets: Please Inquire- If you are bringing a pet, we kindly ask that you supervise them at all times and clean up after them. Please notify us of any accidents. 4.Noise: Good Neighbor agreement states, Noise curfew from 10:00pm- 9:00 AM. The city enforces this bi-law strictly. A complaint may result in the arrival of authorities and result in fines. 5.Timing: Please respect the check-in & check-out times. Reach out if amendments are required to see if they can be met. 6. Footwear: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the property clean and comfortable. 7.Garbage Management: Before check-out guests are required to either sort or remove all bags of garbage from the premises. Failure to do so may result in higher than typical cleaning costs which the guests we are responsible for. 8. Please review Cancellation Policy. 9.Check- in form, guest verification and rental agreement to be signed before access codes are sent out. 10.Please note that renters` average age must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Valid ID will be required upon booking and check-in to ensure compliance. 11. Length of stay: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled to ensure the property is well-maintained and comfortable for the duration of your visit. From the start to the end of the stay, was great. Everything you would want in a stay. Host was had gave information about the area. A very kind man I would recommend this place.
I had a wonderful 2 week stay in this lovely apartment. Clean, modern and cozy, it had everything one needed for an enjoyable and carefree stay.

The apartment is perfect for a weekend or weeklong getaway. Very comfortable and well appointed. Everything is at your disposal, even a hair dryer!!! Loved it!

This was a delightful property with easy access to all parts of St Catharines and Niagara. The unit was immaculate and well appointed. Communication was quick, accurate and polite. We would stay here again without hesitation.

As others have mentioned, it's a small, but cute, one bedroom apartment. Compared with a hotel room, it's nice having a dedicated living room and mostly full-on kitchen (only lacking a microwave which wasn't a big deal). It was easy to make our own breakfasts and lunches and a decent sized fridge to hold perishables. Parking is more straightforward than I expected as there are 3 spots immediately in front of the main entryway, plus one can park elsewhere in the street if needed. As hinted in the description, sound does travel easily, so I just used a rain noise generator on my phone so I didn't have to hear anyone on the stairs outside the apartment. The automated locks are very convenient for getting in and out.
I highly recommend this place. The place was both super clean and super cute. It's warm, inviting and renovated. The host was on the ball, helpful, and checked in to make sure we were happy.A wonderful stay everyone will enjoy.
Great little apartment with everything you need for a week stay with a rower who needs to wash their uni multiple times. The washer dryer was a huge bonus! Grandstand was a five minute walk and town was barely ten. Overall, great stay, super location!
We enjoyed 7 days in the Niagara-St.-Catharines-Dalhoiuse area and ejoyed it very much. And the center of our vacation there was 10 Christie St. II: our quaint and very practical home away from home. Thank you, thank you, Justin.

What a lovely apartment. The perfect size and location for us. Incredibly comfortable and made the stay in this little town a treat. Only 15-20 minute walk to the main street for dinners and a great little cafe/bookstore. The residential neighborhood was beautiful to walk thru and the bench at the end of the street by the lake was a perfect location to watch the sunset. The owner was super responsive to any questions and we would absolutely stay here again.
Really don't have anything to gripe about. If I wanted to nitpick, then I could say some of the kitchen bowls and tools needed a cleaning before I could use them, but really this was a five-star stay
