We ventured out in multiple directions and were able to enjoy much of what this geographic area has to offer. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there's a nice private patio right outside the door. The view pictured is directly out the window of the living room. Dave was a welcoming and gracious host and made us feel right at home."

The views from the front garden are beautiful, and we also loved the views from the upstairs bedroom windows.The first photo in the listing looks a little like Puzzlewood, which is about a 20-minute drive away. I think it may be described as being on the property’s land, although we didn’t manage to find anything quite like it around the house — perhaps we simply missed it! The surroundings and views are lovely in their own right though.Overall, a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay, and we really enjoyed our weekend."
