"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"We recently stayed at Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club and had a mixed experience overall. The location was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also a highlight and a great way to start the day. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, and we appreciated their apologies when issues arose. Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointments. We requested for our room to be cleaned, but this wasn’t done, which was frustrating. At breakfast, the hotel had also run out of dairy alternatives, which was disappointing for guests who rely on these options. Although the staff apologised, these issues did take away from what could otherwise have been a more enjoyable stay. Overall, we enjoyed the location, leisure facilities and breakfast, and the friendly staff were a positive aspect of our visit. However, more consistency with housekeeping and ensuring dietary alternatives are available at breakfast would have made a real difference. With a little more attention to these details, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."

"Good clean room, air-conditioning/heater was noisy which kept waking me up. Bed comfy and there were extra pillows to hand, which was appreciated. Food was ok in the restaurant, steak pie was good but fish and chips not great, fish was clearly reheated and dry. Lovely friendly staff in the restaurant and bar. Lots of parking."

"Arrived at this beautiful hotel and greeted by Anna one of the brilliant members of staff and as we were early we enjoyed a drink and a lovely meal before being shown to our room. The whole place has a pleasant warming atmosphere and wonderful choice of drinks and superb food. Service is excellent and everyone is so happy. We came to Chepstow to visit the castle and stayed one night here. Never stopped raining for a minute so we decided to enjoy the food and drink on offer and were not disappointed. You could watch the football od sit at the bar, however we decided to sit in a cosy room where I had chilli and my good lady had jacket potato. Food here is excellent and we did go for a wonder through town. Chepstow has a lot of restaurants and pubs??? They were all great but we definitely hit the jackpot in the Beaufort hotel. The room was just what we wanted and the hotel is not new, it’s a wonderful place full of characters and charm. Don’t come with expectations just arrive and let the place envelop you and you will have a great time just as we have. Thank you to all the team especially Anna and see you all soon we will return"

"My partner and I stayed for 1 night as a birthday gift. Our room was huge and spotless clean. The bed was great and very comfortable. However, the room was cold and despite a small fan heater the room did not heat up. The shower was over the bath and when on soaked the bathroom as no shower curtain. We had our evening meal in the bar area and it was beautiful, lots of flavour and piping hot. Not much choice on the menu and a little basic but good on price. Drinks were a bit pricey. We took advantage of the spa as guests to the hotel can use it for free. The gym was great and well equipped, the pool was lovely and I really enjoyed the sauna and steam room, it was very relaxing. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was a help yourself affair with a good choice of food from cereals, ham, cheese, fruit and pastries to a full cooked breakfast. There was also juice, tea and coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but next time would like a warmer room please."
