This is a two bedroom apartment with some great partial views looking out to the bay of St Austell.
Fully equipped kitchen, open dining and lounge area.
Two bath rooms allocated parking and communal gardens.
( Please note second bedroom has a small double bed).
Pochin house collections are a collection of 2-bedroom apartments under a gated access They consist of A Penthouse and Two, Two Bedroom Apartments with views over St Austell Bay. The historic port of Charlestown is close by, and St Austell is about 1 mile (1.6 km) away.

The self-catering apartments are within easy reach of the Eden Project and an easy drive from the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
All have Fully equipped Kitchens, Open plan Lounge/Dining Rooms,Two bathrooms with main bedrooms having their own en suites plus a family bathroom and Allocated parking and visitors spaces too (Not guaranteed) plus the added bonus of A 16 and 6 having great views out to the Bay with sea views and Apartment 9 Partial sea views.
There are communal gardens where guests can enjoy and there are local eateries within walking distance.

All apartments are located just outside St.Austell Town but with bus routes within an easy quick walk making them very assessable to bus and train station too.
A nearby leisure facility offers sports and activities, including tennis, squash, badminton and a swimming pool.

Horse riding, spa days and other activities available locally can be arranged on request.
