About this property
Town Centre Apartment with private hot tub
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. In the middle of town close to all amenities, transport links and restaurants. Close to The Eden Project, Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey. Some of the best beaches in Cornwall within 2 miles in St Austell Bay. There is driveway parking available for one car. No vans, campers or caravans as not enough space.
The space
The flat is under the main house and would have been servant quarters. Recently renovated with new bathroom and kitchenette.
Guest access
Access to all your own private facilities. The apartment is self contained with your own front door.
Other things to note
Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as steps down to entrance in garden. No pets allowed.
We are bee keepers and have 2 hives in the garden at the bottom. The bees are a long distance from the flat but if you are interested in them then please ask me. We are hoping for our own honey this year.
