The downstairs bathroom is huge and spa-like, bathtub. Upstairs is a walk-in shower. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet, hair dryer, and vanity with plenty of storage space.
The townhouse has an open floor plan, which makes it feel spacious and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped, including new stainless-steel appliances, and there is plenty of room for guests to relax and spread out. There is another refrigerator/ freezer on the back screened porch.

The cozy family room has a large-screen TV with hundreds of channels, so you can relax and watch your favorite shows or movies. The family room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, so you can easily accommodate additional guests.

All bedrooms, family room and sun room have ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot summer days.

Free high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the property.
The property has a washer and dryer, as well as a patio with outdoor furniture. This makes it easy for guests to do their laundry and relax outdoors.
The sunroom is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The comfortable seating is perfect for conversation or simply enjoying the view. The sunroom is also screened, so you can enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about bugs.

The wide shaded outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or simply relax and soak up the sun. The tropical landscaping provides a beautiful backdrop, and the covered deck provides shade from the sun. The golf cart is for rent, it is for your entire stay. When you unpack, I will deliver
it and take you on the loop through the back of the neighborhood and show you the shortcut to the beach in the back of our neighborhood. it takes 3 minutes to get to the beach on the golf cart. You can pack up the golf cart and pets and you're all set to go.
