Love the house and neighborhood.

Renting on line was easy and getting a one night extended stay was very helpful. My furniture arrived from Indiana on Sunday 29th.

St. Augustine Beach House

The location of the property is great - on a quiet dead end street in a good neighborhood, and a really close 5-minute walk to the beach. It was comfortable for a 6 week stay. A couple of issues: the water heater is very tiny and not sufficient for a single bath or two showers. There is a large black mold spot above the water heater in the garage of which we informed the property managers and hopefully they do something about it in the future. The hedges in the front patio were way overgrown and need to be trimmed. Otherwise it was well equipped with towels, linen, dishes, etc, and the Wifi connection was sufficient to work from there remotely full time.
