Complimentary coffee and teas for all guests - Personal Kuerig coffee maker located ensuite. TV with Roku and high-speed Internet. Nestled in the center of Crescent Beach with restaurants and bars all within a few minute walk.

Our guests of 'Enjoy SUNSETS at PRIVATE 1-BR UNIT 2 at the beach' have full access to their unit. Additionally, our guests have access to the 1st floor front patio (East of building). - Unit 2 is located on the 1st floor. As our 1st floor patio is considered a common space, please be respectful of our other guests, regarding this space on the property - Please clean up any mess in the 1st floor patio, as we share this space with others in the building. Additionally, please be respectful of others space and to keep common courtesy on the property at all times.
We live 5-mins away, so feel free to reach out via text or call. We are available at all times during the day! We are locals and have all the recommendations for things to do, see, eat, and drink in St. Augustine!

Nostalgic Weekend!
I moved to Tampa from Crescent Beach 26 years ago. Town a home on Flagler Beach but it was occupied by my college daughter and her friends. I was in town for several of my friends that I taught with at the school for the deaf. This place was perfect. Close to the location, a great opportunity to surf beaches where I worked as a lifeguard back in the day. The efficiency had everything I need and the price was great!
My thorn...Not a fan of checking in at 4pm and checking out at 10am on day two. :-)

Anniversary trip
The property was not quite what I expected. I was lead to believe "my 1-bedroom unit was a 1 bedroom condo from the pictures, but it was a 1 bedroom. No place to put up your clothes. But we made do! It wasn't even a hotel room! At least with a hotel, I would have an ice machine!

Close to beach
The common area really belongs to the front units. You are right outside their door. It was rainy when we were there and being in a back unit (very small) there was no place outside to get out of rain.

Perfect
I had a great time the location is perfect. I had to contact Michael because my check in info never came across and he got me squared away in a matter of seconds. I was concerned I was going to have a noisy night because it’s right on a fairly busy street but I really couldn’t hear anything and slept like a rock. I woke went for a little run in the neighborhood behind me which the river runs along. Came back made a cup of coffee which is supplied and walked right across the street for a day at the beach(there are bathrooms right at the beach for those of you with little ones). After staying at the beach all day I was starving. Good news is there are a couple of restaurants almost next door. After dinner (St George St is only about 10 minutes away) I took a Uber for a couple of drinks down there before heading back for another great night of sleep. This was a quick trip for me but I would not have changed a thing. This place definitely will make the list of places I’ll stay when I come back into town.
