The Local - St. Augustine
The room was smaller than expected. There was just a full bed, but it is fine for one traveler. Unsure if there was construction on the second floor above me, but it was extremely noisy at all hours. It was clean,great parking and location.

Edgewater Inn
Check-in/out was easy, parking was convenient, bed was comfortable, hot breakfast was delicious, hotel was charming, the staff was friendly and welcoming- and even better was the view!

Budget Inn St. Augustine
Our second time staying at Budget Inn! It’s a little piece of 50’s nostalgia with some modern updates. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was super friendly and helpful. Less than a 2 mile drive to Anastasia State Park.

The property is just OK one big negative is there a checkout time is 10 AM one hour earlier than everyone else they need to change this it’s not fair to the guest and would be a reason to get a different hotel
