"Wonderful staff. ONLY thing I think they should do is provide a bit of a tip on how to unlock door. A bit tricky, and takes many many times until able to unlock. Met someone else in the hallway thinking the same thing. Other than that, wonderful night sleep and stay. "

"Always enjoy staying at the Fairmont hotel and this stay was no exception. Very relaxing, great food and weather ok too. Staff always warm and friendly and nothing too much trouble. The on-site ice machines were being replaced and had to call the reception for a bucket of ice which was delivered with a smile each night."
