This end-terrace villa with private front & back door access is situated a short 5 minute walk from the centre of St Andrews. Parking is free at the side of the road in front of the property. A set of stairs in the front garden leads to the front door. Upon entering the property, the layout is as follows:
Ground floor: Vestibule (ideal for golf storage), Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom with toilet and shower.
1st floor: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and a second bathroom with electric shower over bathtub and toilet. The double bed in bedroom 2 can be set up as twin singles upon request.
2nd floor: Fourth bedroom with double bed that can be configured as twin singles upon request and with a closet toilet and sink.
A door from the kitchen leads out to the back garden of the property, replete with seating area and BBQ.

Great cottage hosted 6 adults for daughters graduation week from UStA. Ideally located to walk into town and for jumping off to explore other parts of Scotland. Spent most evenings in the great front living room. Great kitchen for making French press coffee every morning. Parking directly in front of house on Largo was super convenient. Walking distance to M&S and short 5 min drive to Morrisons.
