The apartment sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and is finished to the highest specs in an unrivalled central location. Possible to book up to 4 apartments together. Pay & Display parking is available on Market Street but is free on North Street if you can find a suitable space.

The location is incredible! Just a short walk to everything in St. Andrews. Only a few issues - one is there was a strong smell in the apartment, like someone had cooked a meal and didn't properly ventilate. We were able to open the windows and it definitely helped. The other, on our last day, there was a homeless person asleep in the common lobby. I think if the front door is kept locked this wouldn't be an issue. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would book again!
