The property has a shared entrance with the other flats in the development and is accessible via a communal staircase or elevator leading up to the first floor. The accommodation layout inside the flat is as follows: Master Bedroom with double bed and En-Suite Second bedroom with double bed, Bathroom, Living room with dining area and kitchen. The property is located within a residential building where the neighbours reside. Please adhere to our house rules and quiet hours which are between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful when using communal areas in the building and do not disturb our neighbours.
