When we got to the room, the tub had urine stains. We had to call front desk to send house keeping to clean the tub. Then the room had a smell of urine. By the window there were stains, I know it’s a pet friendly place so I’m not sure if the person previously had a pet but the smell was unbearable I was able to spray my room spray to cancel out some of the smell. Unfortunately that was the only room and they couldn’t switch me out.

"We come yearly to this hotel on our way to the East Coast because our kids love it. There is a play structure, pool, and a really good breakfast (for the kids, it’s the make your own waffle that get them so excited). That being said, the carpets are old, our room smelled like mildew and the pool ..."
