If I had the chance I would have rated this hotel 2 1/2. It was clean which is important. However, the staff was not very friendly. I witnessed the desk clerk be extremely rude to another guest. Except for the maid, I didn't see 1 staff member smile. The place looks old. In the hallway, was this old, cabinet that looked like it had been there since 1970. The bathroom was very small. I think I paid more than it was worth. I would not recommend it for a small family, but if you are there on a business trip or sports travel league and you are not going to pay more than $160 a night, it would be ok.

Outlet didn’t work in one of the lamps, faucet in bathroom sink kept sticking and was difficult to turn off and on, our key cards stopped working on the first day and front desk staff was extremely rude when we tried to get new ones, but worse was that our AC unit wasn’t working properly and they never came to look at it… it was 80 degrees and we weren’t able to sleep at all bc of it.

Check in person was friendly the first night. But she was friendly then next day. There was only 1 working elevator with 12 floors. The pool has paint chip spots. The ice Machine was not working on my floor or the one above the lower floor didn’t even have one. The refrigerator in the room barely cooled our drinks.

It's a dated hotel in a mostly abandoned neighborhood. Don't walk around outside at night. That said, the front desk team was friendly and efficient.

People working the front desk were SO nice and accommodating. Very friendly and attentive. Nice big pool. No towels, but front desk sent some in. Bar was open. Room was large and was very accommodating for our large group.

First the positive- The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and the room was the configuration we needed, with 2 double beds and a fold out couch. The hotel was right off the freeway and the area was convenient. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The negative- the place was just pretty run down. It needs a face lift or makeover as it’s just kind of shabby. The elevator would go up, but would not go down, so we had to use the stairs to go down from our room. Overall, it seems like the staff is doing their best but the owner of the property needs to invest more in maintenance.

The room included torn up carpet on the floor, the bathroom door handle was not secured to the door. The hallways also had some type of unpleasant odor. The mattress for the bed was uneven as well. Just looking at it you could tell the foot of the bed was elevated compared to the head of the bed. When you lay on the mattress it’s even more noticeable. Would never stay at this hotel again.

I have been staying in the hotel for years. The hotel is in need of a total remodeling. The days I stay was cold and as turn on the heater/AC unit; it sounded like a jet about to take off. The breakfast options are acceptable.

My reception as soon as I walked in the door was very positive. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself is very clean and while taking care of it shows a little bit of age, but definitely a good value.
