They were skimpy on the breakfast and the parking lot could have been a little cleaner. The room was spotless clean and comfortable.The bed and the pillows were so soft. For the price I will stay there again next time I am in the area.

Awesome room

It was a cozy intimate room that we really enjoyed, we made use of the large tub and the huge bed was super comfy. Over all, a good place to stay in my opinion

Nice Hotel

Hotel is beginning some renovation work. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The advance check in and check out from my phone was super easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and several options were available. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas light parade getaway

My wife and I made a trip to Sprinerville AZ for their Christmas celebration weekend. Our room at Howard Johnson's was awesome. Very spacious suite with whirlpool tub. We frequent the Springerville area often and look forward to our next stay.

Clean, comfortable, great price.

We had the Keihne suite. The room is everything it's picture online shows and more. Very clean and spacious. Lots of room for sitting and luggage. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The positive is the bedding was clean. The negatives - run down, water stained shower and sink. Bathroom door wouldn't close, GFI outlets didn't work. Grime in the corners of the floor. Room key access was faulty. Ice machine out of order. Pleasant staff was a real plus!

It works for a place to crash for the night

Was a last minute book. Staff was s friendly. Facility was clean. Basically a motel 6 type setup. Parking lot view, brightly lit curtains let in a lot of light at night. Can hear most neighbors around. Was inexpensive and felt safe.

Clean and reasonably priced. Amenities are outdated. Not there for the tv, but a little maybe 20” tv is disappointing. Employees were very kind and helpful.
