The views were amazing but was surprised they only had the connected restaurants and not one near the fire pit to enjoy a drink with the view. My advice for those who want quiet before 10pm is to ensure you are in the second floor. We got stuck in a room under a group of kids who were stomping around like elephants and the front desk won’t do anything until after ten.

We checked in and were given a room key for the wrong room. We didn’t realize this and entered the room as housekeeping was leaving. Minutes later one of the clerks at check in came in to the room angrily asking “who are you people?” “No one is supposed to be in this room.” I showed him the key envelope with the room number written on it. A housekeeping manager stayed with us while we collected all the luggage we had stored because we thought we were in the correct room, like we were going to steal or something. After he realized it was their fault they moved us to another room and offered us some free snacks. I travel often and it was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Front desk staff very congenial. The breakfast staff very efficient and hardworking. Breakfast very good. Could have had more seating in dining room- tables faced right into sun or were too close to the floor air conditioning (weather a during April still pretty cool to cold).

Amazing views of Zion ntl park. Rooms and staff were great. What a beautiful spot. Broken lock on pool gate so watch the kiddos. Lots of families were there. Nice big area for people to eat and hang out in.

I reserved this hotel more than 4 months ago. I got to the Hotel today, and the people at the front desk bluntly told me that they had oversold my rooms and they booked me another hotel. The hotel sent me an email 10 hours before the check-in and informed me that the had booked me another hotel. Since I drove halfday to get to Zion, I had no way of planning other options. Staff at the Hotel told me that the didn’t have to, but they did me favor by booking other hotels in town. My family of 4, of which 2 had mobility problems, had to move to 2 different hotels in Springdale. I ended up paying $375 per room for a two different 2.5 star hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay, spacious modern room, excellent breakfast in the lounge with great views of the mountains. A minute's drive to Zion Park, quiet and very clean.

Room service was terrible. We were told that the room would be made up every other day, but had to ask on day three. Even then, it wasn't cleaned and no toilet paper was provided. When I called the front desk to ask, I was given a runaround -- about toilet paper and towels -- and the attendant at the desk hung up on me. Gee whiz; just give me the goods.

This property has a rich but rustic feel!! It is ideally located and the right price!! Breakfast was fantastic and the views were stunning. I highly recommend this place and will stay again.

Mechanical issues (no hot water). They knew about the issue the day before and did not tell us. We asked for a discount and they said no, and lied that only Expedia could adjust the price. We had to find somewhere else just to take a shower and lost money. They were NO help and took NO responsibility.

Great hotel just minutes from Zion national Park
Check-in was a breeze. They didn’t give me the room I booked, but they upgraded me to a nice room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. They had a really large big screen TV. The bathroom was very big. And there was a huge closet for your clothes. It even had a large desk to do work. They had coffee available and the main room where breakfast was served had a glass wall with a view of the mountains. The free breakfast is really good. Better than most places.I would stay there again and would recommend it for anybody going to Zion national Park

Recommended - lovely modern hotel
Modern, clean hotel in a lovely setting. Friendly staff, nice amenities. Great location near the park entrance. Bonus points for having a lot of EV chargers (Blink) on site for topping off overnight. Off season rates made it a fantastic value.

High Pet Fee
It is disappointing that Mariott charges a $75 pet fee and a $10 fee to park in the lot that one purchased a room to stay at. The lot was almost empty since it was winter time. It would be better off just to state you are not dog friendly.

Hot tub was closed. The first room they put us in was under construction. They had to move us to a new one . Bed was unmade. Hotel had a bad smell. Tv didnt work.

As a family of 5, it can be challenging to find an affordable option for hotel stays. My daughter LOVED the couch and said it was the most comfortable sofa bed she has ever slept on. Our room was so spacious and comfortable and breakfast was an added bonus!
