The sink drain was clogged up. Tub Faucet was leaking. The return air vents were dirty. The overall feel was that the room was out of date and had not been updated in a while.

Counter person double billed me. I was billed thru Expedia and then charged separately upon check in. I hope it’s been cleared up by now

The day front desk was very kind and compassionate and welcoming. I was disappointed in the breakfast not being complimentary and the charge of $15 per person for it. There were dirty dishes and it wasn't what I would expect a $15 per person breakfast to be.

My only complaint was that I didn’t know I needed to request room service. I just wished the person that checked me in would have informed me of this.

Awesome hotel! The only minus is the quite firm mattress, but that is a personal choice. Staff was courteous and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was great. Cleanliness was superb and plenty of towels in the bathroom. We'll be back!
