"We stayed here for ten days and the property was good. It's a nice, quiet hideaway hotel with good breakfast, and the staff was helpful when asked questions during the stay. The room was cleaned, as they cleaned daily and you can smell the nice aroma everyday. The hotel room is more on the dated end compared to the other updated hotels but however, everything was kept nice, clean and fresh and parking wasn't an issue. There is only one elevator and one ice machine that was working which was on a different floor from where we were, but when it was out of ice, they were kind enough to give us ice and a few other items when asked from the front desk after hours. One main staple was the tea /coffee machine that runs all day and night. I love this because I'm a tea drinker so having it at my disposal was great. I just wished the keurig in the room was operational so that I wouldn't have to go to the lobby late at night when I wanted hot tea. Overall, great stay and yes I would recommend this property as well as stay here again."

"It's a nice hotel with a good continental breakfast set-up and very nice rooms. The staff was amazing! There was an issue with the card-reading system and I had to be let in to my room twice and the pool area once but the staff was efficient in assisting me with this as well as being upfront and proactive (the front desk clerk came with me when I first checked in to ensure I had access to the room). The pool wasn't heated and was fairly cold (in July) and the hot tub wasn't hot at all, tepid/lukewarm at best, but the room was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay because of the room, continental breakfast and exceptional staff."

"The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom too. There is no breakfast included, but you are close to downtown. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby. Parking in the hotel's lot is extra. The hotel is by the waterfront, which is good if you have time on your hands."
