Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and warm. 5 stars - although there were aspects to the room that could’ve been better, just could use some newness/updating- BUT the bed and pillows were sooo comfy, I slept really well, and the price was really great. I’d stay again for sure!

Great location. Nice breakfast and amazing restaurant downstairs.
Room was clean. Staff were very nice. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was very tasty. Bar staff are friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
As others have noted, this hotel could use some updating, but it was clean and our room was large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking in a lot just behind the hotel made life easy. And the 1794 restaurant downstairs had a nice selection of menu items. Staff there was also very professional and friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Great check-in and nice cozy room. Everything was easy here with no issues, centrally located in town and very convenient; well stocked bar downstairs.
We love to stay here on our way to and from the New England. The location is perfect and the adjoining steak house is a wonderful place to unwind after driving all day. It is an added plus that they are dog friendly.
Very clean room, comfortable and clean beds, staff friendly and helpful, however the bathroom was rather worn and dated.

Good location, older hotel
Great location, older hotel, very good restaurant on premises. Some maintenance issues like, shampoo dispenser missing, lotion dispenser torn from the wall, sink stopped did not work etc. Deep cleaning required, trash between couch and wall, cleaning of glass surfaces.
Very convenient to historic Carlisle and Dickinson College. Good dinner place as well. Small signs of wear and tear in rooms, but large and accomodating. Breakfast is only middling, but hey, its free and its there.
We always stay here when visiting Carlisle because of its downtown, walkable location. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Parking garage a bonus. Some of the rooms could use a refresh.
