Solid experience. Only negatives were some noisy neighbors and lack of someone consistently at the front desk. It is a great location overall, in the heart of the city.

I stayed here for four days while attending a wedding. Our check in was a nightmare. There was an issue with the room locations. The clerk behind the counter was not just rude, she was downright mean, she called us names and refused to help us in any way. This continued the entire four days, when she was on duty and we needed something, we had to wait until her shift was over - I will be following up about this person with the GM. Otherwise - we had a lovely time. The staff (except as noted above) was wonderful! Kai had fixed all issues that were caused and made our trip right! The staff at the breakfast (Hannah and Darnell - you shine like diamonds, kids!!) were so cheery and fun in the mornings, we never had to ask for anything to be refilled. The hotel was older, but the housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it clean, always smiling, always a hello or good morning. The location was great; there is a lot to do and see in the area.

We always love the convenience of this hotel to our daughter’s college. A little pricier than options a couple miles away from campus but worth it. The free breakfast is incredible.

We were only there overnight but everything was exceptional. The staff was great, check in and check out were seamless, the room was a nice size, and the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We didn't get to try out the bar, but it looked great. Breakfast had a lot of options. Would definitely stay again.

Super convenient to downtown with free parking in the rear parking garage. The room was nice but the floor was very uneven, giving the feel of a very, very old building.
