Little Sebago Lake - Beautiful year-round lakefront home with stunning views

"my family of 10 just returned from a delightful long weekend at this fabulous lake house! the house is just a short distance from the maine turnpike but it seemed secluded and very quiet.the views out the many windows to the lake and the fall foliage were beautiful. we spent a lot of time outdoors kayaking/ canoeing and a some of us even took a few dips! easy to get in and out of the clean, clear water. we enjoyed the firepit while we sat in the Adirondak chairs and relaxed by the water. there was plenty of dry firewood to have nice fires in the fireplace inside in the evening. plenty of beds for everyone and 2 full baths. very clean and cared-for.the kitchen had everything we needed and we grilled outside as well. the house is very kid and family-friendly: comfortable but not "fussy". the downstairs living room was a nice space for the kids to use a bit. katie, the owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. we are already planning an ice-fishing and ski weekend this coming winter! do not hesitate to rent this house for your family and friends and make some memories!!maine mom"

"This is a lovely rental - well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to keep family well fueled before the Portland marathon. Beautiful location right on the water. Unit overlooks the water. We never noticed the other tenants while we were there. Super easy check in and check out. Would stay again when we have more time to take the boats out!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and responsive. We would advise any seniors with mobility issues that there are steps to and within the house. My wife had recently had hip replacement surgery and although able to navigate the steps, we had to purchase an elevated toilet seat as the toilets are very low. This is not a complaint, just something we have been paying attention to through our travels and making sure that the accommodations we choose are senior friendly.It is a phenomenal location, far enough from the noise of traffic, but close enough that you can access every convenience within minutes."

"We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend with our family. The rental was clean and had everything we needed to comfortably make meals and enjoy our time there. There are beautiful views of the lake from many of the rooms, which was such a nice bonus.The large bedroom on the second floor was awesome and gave us plenty of space. We also really appreciated the heat pumps for keeping the house cool and comfortable.The lake itself was beautiful and sandy, and the property was very toddler-friendly, which made it especially easy and enjoyable for our family. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place to other families. We’ll definitely be back!"
