Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that."

The stairs to the beach are actually two properties to the north and are not easily accessible. One needs to walk down two steep sandy slopes to reach the top of the stairs. The beach is great. Good sand quality for making sand castles. The fire pit needs to be replaced as the bottom is rusted out. Did not use it for that reason....
